Welcome to My PC Host.com. All we ask in return is that you follow a few simple rules. So please be sure you have read, and understood, these Terms and Conditions.

Members who do not follow rules and regulations could find their entire web site removed and/or deleted, possibly without prior notice. The interpretation of these guidelines is at the sole discretion of the personnel of My PC Host.com:

My PC Host does not allow the giving away of free accounts. A few are OK but we do not allow free web hosting business for our resellers because of the huge problems that occur on free hosting servers. Sorry

The term "UnMetered" and/or "Unlimited" applies to files that are needed to host your website and or business. This means we will not monitor and put a number on the amount you use. You do not have unmetered or unlimited ram or cpu. Use of our servers prohibits the storage of home computer files / mp3,4 / Mass storage of software / movies / your account can host files pertaining to your website and or clients as long as they are not movie files or mp3s those are not allowed.

  • Mass Email of any kind is strictly prohibited and any account found doing it will be deleted and charged $100/hour for dns cleanup if server ip has been placed on any world wide ip blacklists. offending parties will also be charged $10 per email sent after demand to stop.

  • You must provide a valid email address or account suspension and/or deletion can occur at any time we become aware of this.

  • My PC Host.com is not responsible for the content of any personal home page, nor do the opinions or ideas expressed in user-generated web pages necessarily reflect those of My PC Host.com. The contents of user-generated web pages are not reviewed or censored in any way before they appear on My PC Host.com

  • You may not set up a "gateway" site on the My PC Host.com server. A "gateway" site is one which serves only as an entrance to the actual site located on a non-My PC Host.com server

  • The ONLY way to keep an account active is through the set monthly payment of the plan you purchased. Failure to pay will result in account suspension after 7 days and full account deletion in 21 days. If a payment comes back grossly fraudulent from one of our payment processors the account will be deleted

  • Any type of account script or control that interferes with root control of the account will be seen as a possible hack or threat and the complete account will be deleted when found

  • Your page needs to be active - that is, it is either receiving 'hits' or is being updated/posted to. Sites that either receive no hits or are not updated over a period of 30 days will be considered 'inactive' and may be removed by My PC Host.com to make room for other users

  • User shall not include content, or internet links to content on the Site that contain, promote, or involve any of the following, or account deletion and submission to Local and Federal authorities will follow. Examples include but are not limited to:

    1. Child Pornography
    2. Hate content
    3. Threatening, racial, or otherwise abusive content.
    4. Any and all content inciting, instructing, or promoting illegal activities.
    5. Fraud, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Pyramid schemes, or any other activities deemed to be fraudulent.
    6. Hacking/cracking, cracks, spam software or any material that contains a virus or any other harmful code.

  • Abuse towards our staff or other clients on our network is not tolerated. Your account and all associated will be suspended pending termination after review. Slander about My PC Host.Com over the internet is grounds for account termination.

  • Seeding torrents / Bit Torrents are not allowed

  • If your account is hosted on our shared server and not a vps or dedicated server,you are subject to a 20% server use policy. No one account can maintain server cpu usage that last longer than 1 1/2 Minutes that exceeds 20% of the server available power.

  • Master Resellers and Resellers are to provide tier 1 support to their clients. We will not directly support your clients. You may open a support ticket and a support staff will be glad to assist if you can not provide the support needed.

  • Rapid Leech, Shout Cast or continuous streaming media is prohibited.

  • Hosting un-owned videos, or mp3s on the server is strictly prohibited because of copyright infringement problems that arise from these.

  • Employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy, and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Continuous streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

  • You may not use your web space for 'data warehousing' that is, using our space as storage for large files which are only linked from other sites

  • Our 30 day money back guarantee applies only to 1 month subscriptions or terms. We do not refund any other term, such as quarterly or yearly, as this can put financial stress on My PC Host.com. So we strongly recommend starting out with the one month term to start.

  • You may not use unsolicited email to promote your site

  • My PC Host.com reserves the right to block any site due to inappropriate behavior by the webmaster towards My PC Host.com, its staff or its users, which has been validated on public or private forums

  • You may not copy or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior consent of the original copyright owner of that content.

  • If you are 18 years of age or under you may not become a member of My PC Host.com! The protection of child online privacy is very important to The My PC Host.com Network. For that reason, it is our policy not to collect or maintain information at our web sites from those we actually know are under 18 and no part of our web sites is structured to attract anyone under 18.


    • LEGAL TERMS



    You, as the author of your pages, take full responsibility for its contents. As the author you state your page contains nothing illegal, obscene, pornographic, degrading or abusive to another person, including pages that promote hate group propaganda and child pornography. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page is copyrighted material and that any links to other servers have been approved by that organization. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree that My PC Host.com has the right to remove any page it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these rules to cancel your membership and take against you whatever measures will be deemed appropriate including legal action and disclosing information about you to law enforcement authorities and other interested third parties.

    Members who are in breach of these rules agree to indemnify and hold harmless My PC Host.com for any loss, claim, damage and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of any personal home pages or of any chat or messages on a bulletin board found to be infringing or illegal.



    My PC Host.com makes no guarantee as to availability of service. To the fullest extent permissible by law, My PC Host.com excludes all liability with respect to accuracy, content or availability of information on its web site. The materials in this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Any merchandise products or services available to users or members from links from this web site are provided by third parties who are not necessarily affiliated or connected with My PC Host.com. To the fullest extent permissible by law, My PC Host.com excludes all liability under any circumstances (including negligence) for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. Applicable laws may not apply to all those who access the web site.

  • If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

  • Any account can be suspended or canceled at any time if we at My PC Host.com feel a website has broken any rules or regulations set forth by this agreement.

  • My PC Host.com and/or its operators will not and can not be held liable for any loss or gain either financial or personal to the fullest extent permissible by law. All sites hosted by My PC Host.com are fully and completely the responsibility of the customer paying for the hosting. My PC Host.com will fulfill the agreed hosting plan to the best of ability and must state, even though downtime is very rare, it may happen. If a downtime lasts more than 48 hours My PC Host.com will pro-rate all subscriptions at users request to make up for lost hosting time.

  • My PC Host.com reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions at any time without warning.


    • By becoming a paid customer of My PC Host.com, you agree to all the above terms.
